USCIS will be launching online organizational accounts for companies to register for the H-1B lottery and file H-1B petitions. The organizational accounts can be used for the March 2024 H-1B lottery registrations and filing all types of H-1B petitions thereafter, including H-1B change of employer petitions, H-1B amended petitions and H-1B change of status petitions.
USCIS will be holding several Tech Talks sessions in February 2024 to provide information about the new H-1B organizational accounts. For date and times that the Tech Talk will be held, please visit USCIS’s national engagements page.
USCIS is not requiring registration for these events on the H-1B organizational accounts. During these sessions, USCIS will respond to your questions about creating and using USCIS H-1B organizational accounts. Topics will include:
- How to create an H-1B organizational account;
- Using the new enhanced representative account features; and
- How to share access and collaborate on H-1B registrations; Form I-129, Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker for H-1B petitions and Form I-907, Rquest for Premium Processing.
